Acceptance

By installing or using the hado99 Android app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use hado99 on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. This license does not grant you any ownership of the app or its underlying software.

Disclaimer of warranty

hado99 is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The domain filter is built from a static blocklist and simple on-device rules: it can block a domain that is legitimate, and it can fail to block a domain that turns out to be unwanted or harmful. hado99 does not replace antivirus software, a firewall, safe browsing habits, or any other security measure you already use. Do not rely on hado99 as your only protection.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hado99 and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including damages from a site or app that stops working while filtering is on, or from content that the filter did not block.

Changes to the service

The app, the domains it blocks, and the services it depends on may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
